Myelostat® (Hemi - synthetique Homoharringtonine, HHT) Stragen is a plant alkaloid with established clinical activity in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) through inhibition of protein synthesis and cell apoptosis.
Homoharringtonine is isolated from an evergreen plant cephalotaxus harringtonia. The hemi-synthetic Homoharringtonine Stragen is manufactured following a patented hemi-synthetic process. |
